Question: I havent had my periode in 2 months.... instead there is a clear water like substance. Should I worry?

Clear watery discharge can be a normal finding if it is not associated with any odor or itching.

Irregular menstrual cycles are common at your age because most of the cycles are anovulatory but it can be due to hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorder, overeating, over exercising, PCOD, pills etc.. if it occurs frequently your problem needs evaluation to obtain out the cause.

If you are sexually active then you should work for your home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy, if test results are negative then wait and watch for your period to come.

If your menstruation will not resume in a few weeks you should consult your treating doctor and get yourself examine and take progesterone for withdrawal bleeding.
