What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: i getting pain after sex and period time, i contacted the doctor, she suggested for scanning "ULTRASOUND PELVIS (TVS).

The report is like this

Urinary bladder empty.
Uterus retroverted normal in size and echopattern, measures 68x45x39mm
No evidence of any mass lesion.
Endomatrial echo identified central normal in size, measures 10mm thickness

Both ovaries normal in size and echopattern.
Right ovary measures 36x23 mm.
Left ovary measures 37x18 mm.

Pouch of XXXXXXX free.

IMPRESSION:-
* No sonographic abnormality detected.

Suggested clinical correlation.

I understand your concern..

The scan report is normal.. Did you get a pelvic examination done? If there is pain during examination it means you might be having pelvic inflammatory disease.. A course of antibiotics and pain killers will cure the problem..

I would like to know whether you have pain in the beginning of intercourse or during or after intercourse..
