I have a dimished ovarian reserve. AMH was tested March 2015 and the result was 5.8 pmol/l. What does 5.8 pmol/l convert to in ng/mL?

I ll upload the right ovary images. Does follicle count usually remain the same each month? What are the chances of falling pregnant natually with one follicle? Or chances with IVF?
