Brief Answer:
Major findings of ultrasound may indicate mildly enlarged prostate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Major findings of ultrasound indicates mildly enlarged prostate. You may need clinical correlation and may be prescribed medicines if you have symptoms like increased frequency of urine, straining during urination, decreased flow etc.

You may also need PSA(prostate specific antigen)estimation.

Other positive finding is minimal fullness of pelvicalyceal system in kidney, it is usually not concerning. It may be due to many causes like over distended urinary bladder etc.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
