Brief Answer:
Have explained to you in detail

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
Am now able to see the uploaded images and the report.
I think that the following possibilities exist -
1. The scan is suggestive of a very early pregnancy, there is a sac like structure seen in the uterus, but it is not a proper sac , so it could be that it is a very early pregnancy and hence the sac is not clearly seen. There is fluid in the pelvis, suggestive of ovulation and conception, and there is a cyst in the ovary suggestive of recent ovulation.
2. This could be an impending miscarriage, only time can tell what it is.
3. It could rarely be an ectopic pregnancy ( pregnancy outside the uterus ).
I would suggest a B HCG ( blood pregnancy test ) now and to be repeated after 2 days again.
Also, a repeat ultrasound scan after 2 weeks.
That will clarify what is actually going on.
If you have bleeding / fainting / extreme pain - you should go to the ER anytime.
Else, take rest, avoid stress and intercourse.
Take your prenatal vitamins regularly.
