Brief Answer:
Dysentry (bacterial or amoebic)

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail and I know that you are very concerned about your child but don't worry about.

By what you quote it seems that your child probably has got dysentry (bacterial or amoebic)
Since, there are pus cells and RBC in stool, it suggests that infection in intestine of child is very much.
Since, you have already given zifi, we have to change the antibiotic which acts against both bacterial and amoebic infection.
If I was your treating doctor, I would have given
- Syrup zenflox plus (ofloxacin +nitozoxanide) for 5 days
- enterogermina ampule once a day to increase gut immunity
- syrup albendazole for deworming

I would have also done liver function test, platelet count and pt/pttk to rule out other cause of blood in stools.
Since, medicine in children are given according to weight, I cannot prescribe the exact dosage of drugs without weight.
Review back with exact weight of child.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.
