Brief Answer:
No report of Hep A uploaded.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

I saw your report but the test is about Herpes Virus and not about Hep A. The result of the Herpes virus is negative.

Please upload the Hep A report so I can comment on that.
The symptoms you describe can not necessary be hepatitis A, because you don't have jaundice, the urine color is very changeable and you can lose weight from other reasons.

Hope this is helpful.
Looking forward to your follow-up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako

Brief Answer:
You either have had Hep A in the past or are having it now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I reviewed your report.

It is the total Antibodies, which means it includes the IgM and IgG, so the either you have had an infection and you are now immune (If IgG is reactive) or you are actually having an infection (if IgM is reactive).

So, I cannot tell if you are having Hep A unless you do these antibodies separately.

Also, just keep in mind that Hep A is self limited so the body will clean the virus itself. Check the liver functions tests to check how much the liver is getting damaged, but in general it is very small risk from Hep A

I hope I have answered your questions.
Let me know if you have other concerns.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
