Brief Answer:
Please provide the full report for gram staining

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

Can you please provide a full report of gram staining you had?

From the gram stain report you provided, there is nothing to make me think of you dying.

Pus cells, gram positive cocci and bacilli are indicating a normal skin flora. If you have symptoms, possible common genital infection of low severity, possible staphylococci could be confirmed by culture.

Thank you.

I uploaded the report. Note that the gender is wrong. It should be MALE. I am MALE.

What treatment can I get for staphylococci? What medicine and regimen? Would 1000 mg of Azithromyocin work? Please prescribe a prescription.

Azythromycine can work. But if I was your caring doctor would advise to run a swab culture in order to determine the most susceptible antibiotics.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide online prescriptions, please refer to our terms and conditions rules.

Thank you.

Reports attached

I already did a swab test. Why would I do another one? That's a bit ridiculous. I underwent blood tests and swab tests to test for all these STIs.

If there is an indication of infection please tell me what medicine would be recommended.

Brief Answer:
Details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the complete test report.

1. The specimen used for gram stain was urethral discharge. Urethral swab was done for diagnosing urethritis.
Gram positive cocci are spherical in shape and are stained purple color in gram stain test, while gram positive bacilli are rods in shape staining the same. Pus cells are blood cells of white strain indicating inflammation as their presence is rare.

If the other tests for STDs resulted negative, and you do not have any symptomhen, then your actual staining test is normal result.

In case you have symptoms, culture of urethral discharge is recommended. To make it have a sense and not sounded ridiculous to you, please take note:
- staining and culture are 2 different tests. If we want to confirm a diagnosis we ask for culture although staining is negative.

If you have symptoms if urethritis, and urine test was negative, then can take antibiotics. Otherwise, only antiinflammatory meds and keeping good hygiene is recommended.

Remember to use always protection when having sex to protect your self.

All the best.
Dr.Sejdini
