Brief Answer:
Does not seem concerning.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the report. I do not find it concerning. A WBC count of 12,200 per cu.mm is perfectly fine for her age and you need not be concerned about it. The only concern is that there is some indication pointing to iron deficiency anaemia (mild) and it would be a good idea to supplement with some form of iron drops (like Orofer XT Drops) once daily for at least a month.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Not a cause for concern.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. It is ok to give Ibugesic for fever as and when needed. The fever can come back from time to time. If the child is otherwise active and playful when the temperature is not high, rest assured that things are fine and not something to worry about.

Let me know if I could help further.
