I have gone through the attached TVS report. You seem to be having certain findings confined to the uterus and ovaries. The ovaries still show to have indication of PCOD for which if already on medication, is required to continue with. Also there is an evidence of a simple cyst, which will naturally regress and no active intervention is required at this stage.

Uterus also shows an evidence of a small endometrial polyp, which will also regress naturally. This can arise due to the altering levels of estrogen in your body which is a triggering factor for polyps. No active intervention is required, Timely follow up with a TVS scan is all what is needed at this point, if there are no active symptoms like irregular bleeding or pain abdomen.
