Brief Answer:
Labs have different parameters

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

Labs report thyroid profile in different ways. Some report T3 and T4 while some report free T3 and T4 values.

Your baby tsh is 6.3, normal value is less than 5, 5 to 10 is subclinical hypothyroidism and more than 10 is hypothyroidism. In your case, tsh should be repeated after 6 month and no treatment needs to be given.

uIU/ml and mIU/L are same.

Normal value of T3 is 0.8 to 1.1 ug/dl, T4 is 5 to 13 ug/dl and tsh value is less than 5.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
More than 9 is definite hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

More than 9 is definite hypothyroidism and treatment needs to be started.
Between 5 to 9 is subclinical hypothyroidism and no treatment is started.

You should meet a endocrinologist for clarification.

Take care.
