Brief Answer:
It must be interpretation by automatic machine

Detailed Answer:
hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
first of all i would like to review ECG tracing if you can send as attachment.
what you have mentioned is probably auto reporting by machine.Your problem was that of pneumonia and apparently has no correlation with ECG.
I need more information to interpret this finding. Please furnish follwoing details
1.Are You a smoker and do you have long standing lund problem ?
2.Did have any heart attack in past?
I also suggest to get echocardiogram done to get more information on your heart. You may please attach reports of x ray chest and other investigation done during hospitalisation
I would be glad to guide you further once i get feeback from you
My best wishes
Dr.Teli,MD

Just a further note now I have uploaded the report, they didn't actually mention the Tachycardia diagnosis to me although I knew that getting my heart rate under control was one of the issues.

Brief Answer:
they suspected clot in artery of lung

Detailed Answer:
hello,
I have gone through your attachments.Tachycardia was result of infection and it would comedown to normal once infection is under control. But There was suspicion of pulmonary embolism in your case. This is dislodgement of small clot from leg veins or other veins blocking artery of lung.Although it was suspicion and not confirmed.it is always safer to start anticoagulant with mere suspicion of embolism. This has been rightly done in your case.I would like to know whether you are smoker or not?
I also suggest you to get echocardiography done to get additional information on heart and pressure in lungs.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.

I have had one bout of pneumonia about 10 years ago but no other lung problem.
I have gone through periods when I have exercised, and other periods where I haven't exercised other than normal daily living.
I am currently overweight (176 cm 96 kg)
