Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read carefully all your concerns and review your Ct reports.
1. you are reporting to have thin stools, rectal pressure etc. Regarding these issues the best diagnostic exam is colonoscopy.
This is why I recommend you tod o schedule for colonoscopy procedure.
2. As I read on Ct report it was shown a hypoechoic mass on uterine cervix.
This is why I suggest to consult a gynecologist specialist and discuss about the biopsy of this lesion to better indetify the nature of the lesion.
You should do blood exams like :
Ca 125 and CEA as tumoral marker.
They will rule out a tumoral issue.
Hope it was helpful to you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for giving more of your medical data.
If you have done the biopsy of the cervix and endometrium (negative ) than there is no need to do tumoral marker . Ca 125 is tumoral marker for gynecological tumors.
Ct scan can detect colon cancer. Otherwise the gold standard to diagnose bowel issues is colonoscopy
The fact that the scan shows about a lession on the cervix I need to know about the biopsy of this lession. Please can you upload to me the biopsy report of the lession found on Ct scan.
All the best.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back
I read your biopsy report and there was no malignancy finding.
Your symptoms may be related with IBS. It can be associated with abdominal pain and discomfort too.
Otherwise since you have fecal blood test stool positive to my opinion you can perform colonoscopy.
It will help to definitely confirm IBS.
Hope it was helpful to you.
