Question: Got these lab results: CBC W/ Auto Diff     Normal      White Blood Cell Count: 8.1 thousand/uL     Final
Can you please help me make sense of these lave results?

You are concerned about your recent labs results especially having a mild elevation in WBC count.

Your WBC count is only slightly above normal. This is not clinically significant and not something we get concerned about.

Elevated WBC counts can be cause by recent infection like a cold or flu. It can also be elevated from just stress emotional or physical.

Since I see in your history that you recently had a cold and some emotional stress I would not be upset about your CBC numbers.

If you are still concerned about your numbers then have your blood counts repeat again in 1 -2 weeks when you have been healthy and not having stress to see if your number go down.
