Brief Answer:
Repeat TVS after 2 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Yolk sac and fetal node should be seen in a gestational sac of 5 weeks in a transvaginal ultrasound.
However, since the gestational sac is less than 5 weeks in your case, then a repeat ultrasound is advised after 2 weeks to assess the appearance of yolk sac and fetal node.

Sometimes, if the ovulation is delayed, hence is delayed and in this scenario the gestational age by ultrasound and last menstrual period do not correspond.

I suggest you to get a repeat TVS after 2 weeks and then further treatment should be done accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have reviewed the report.

Folic acid is the only tablet which needs to be taken at this stage.
Blighted ovum is said when there is no fetal node in the presence of a gestational sac of 20 mm.
Since the sac is only 10 mm, then you should definitely get a scan after 2 weeks.

Yes, you can ride scooty.
However, avoid bumpy roads.

You can take either of the tablet (either Folvite or Folinal plus), both are good.

Feel free to ask further.
