Question: I would llke to get a gynaelogical question. Can you please explain the report?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Right sided tube is blocked.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen both the attached reports. The ultrasound scan shows a fibroid in the uterine wall which is a harmless benign mass. It can affect the conception if it is encroaching the endometrial cavity.
The HSG report suggests right sided blocked tube and the left fallopian tube is normal. The blocked tube can decrease the chances of conception but since one tube is normal, natural conception is possible.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
