Brief Answer:
About subclinical hypothyroidism:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The results you attached are suggestive of subclinical hypothyroidism, a very common finding at females.

In most of the cases it is caused by Hashimoto thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that is confirmed by checking antiTPO and antiTG antibodies.

It is recommended to start treatment with levothyroxine only if you have signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism {Fatigue, weakness, weight gain or difficulty loosing weight, coarse dry hair, dry rough pale skin, hair loss, cold intolerance (you can't tolerate cold temperatures like those around you), muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches.)} or if you are planning a pregnancy.

Otherwise you should check the TSH level every 6 months, once it reaches levels over 10 mUi/Ml treatment is recommended.

Hope i have been helpful.
Will be a pleasure to help you further.

Kind regards,
dr.Mirjeta

Thankyou very much for your suggestion.

Does t make sense to do Free T3 and Total T3 Test to analyze the Thyroid Function or is not required at this point of time.
The results which we got was when my sister was fastening for 8-10 hours does this make any difference or can be taken at an time.
what is the preferred method of performing TSH test(Before or after fastening)

Brief Answer:
There is no need to repeat the hormones.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!
At this point there is need to re-check the hormones, just check the antibodies i mentioned above and if they result high, Hashimoto thyroiditis is confirmed and should keep TSH under monitoring.
TSH and the other thyroid hormones can be checked at any time of the day. There is no need to be fasting!
Wish you good health!
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
