Brief Answer:
Sperm motility is less than normal range.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I really appreciate your concern.

Your sperm count is within normal range. Total forward progressive motility of sperm should be more than 50%. When the motility falls between 25-50 percent on a single ejaculate, this may not reflect a problem. When the motility consistently falls below 25 percent, the chances of a problem are much higher.

You have not mentioned about sperm shape (morphology), liquefaction time and semen pH value. These parameters can also affect fertility. Further you haven't mentioned since how long you have been trying to get a baby. Whether any fertility tests done for your wife. Fertility analysis consists of both male and female partner's analysis.

For increasing sperm count and motility and have a baby, you should implement these instructions:
-Avoid heat including hot baths, hot tubs and keeping laptop on your lap.
-Avoid pressure to scrotum. Wear light, comfortable underwear.
-Get adequate rest and healthy diet including green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
-Avoid alcohol and smoking.
-Avoid stress. Try some relaxation exercise like yoga and meditation.
-Have intercourse during ovulation week of your wife. Ovulation occurs nearly at 13th to 16th day of the normal menstrual cycle. Total no. of your wife's menstrual cycle minus 14 days would be the day of ovulation in her. Have intercourse during 2 days before and after would lead you to success.

By these measures, your wife would conceive normally. It may take several months for the process.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Zinc and Vitamin E have some benefit.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Your studied your detailed semen analysis report. It seems normal except sperm motility.

Above mentioned measures would definitely help in increasing sperm motility and count. Some research shown increased sperm motility after regular intake of Zinc, Vitamin E and Folic acid. You can also try multivitamin tablets available in the market. Some medication brands including advertise to have positive effect on sperm motility but they are not scientifically proven things.

These all measures take a long time to have their effect on sperm motility and there no hard evidence how much percentage they increase motility so you have to be patient for pregnancy by normal way.

You should consult qualified infertility specialist for further treatment to have a child from your own sperm by assisted reproductive techniques.

If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you good health.
