Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Your ultrasound scan shows you have fatty liver.
This could be due to two reasons.
1. Obesity ( your BMI is high)
2. High Triglycerides.

The liver function test shows significantly high SGPT which could be probably be due to fatty liver. AST is not significantly raised. HBsAg and Anti HCV tests should be done.

Weight reduction and control of triglycerides with diet, exercise and medications should be done which will reverse the fatty liver and raised liver enzymes.

And finally you have mild obstructive pattern in the lung function test which could be due to asthma. If you have breathing/wheezing issues consult a pulmonologist for inhalation therapy.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Not serious as of now

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The LFT test findings do not indicate anything serious of now.
Yes, the uric acid level is also high. Avoid alcohol and red meat.

We generally do not prescribe medications online.
