How To Overcome My Breathing Problem?
hi im a 21 year old male with chronic bronchitis I was prescribed apo-salvent & Alvesco but still have a shortness of breath I used to smoke cigarettes from age 15 to 20 but quit about a year ago but I do smoke cannabis almost on a daily basis is there anything I could do to get rid of my breathing problem?

Chronic bronchitis is usually starts with some allergy.
Triggering might be due to cannabis.
Try to avoid cannabis.
Start steam inhalation and do breathing exercise regularly.
Take proper antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic or quinolone during infective stage.
Inhalation therapy with bronchodilator by rotacaps or inhaler will be more helpful.
Bronchodilator with ambroxol syrup is advisable.
Go for cbc,esr and x-ray chest(PA) to confirm the stage of bronchitis.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
