Brief Answer:
You may be having lupus.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for your query.

Well looking into your problem I strongly feel that you may be having lupus . But I would like to see your ENA profile ,complement levels , urine r/m CPK and antiphospholid profile before commenting anything .

Plus please tell your symptoms as they started along with your disease duration so that we can develop a better understanding of your disease and can help you out with further management .

Take care.

Please list the test you are specifically needing. My lab report is not listed by panels together.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 8 years ago. When new symptoms pop up, i usually just think its the fibro. In February, my period was irregular in timing and extremely heavy and caused baxk pain so severe i couldnt stand up straight. I figured menopause was coming on. In XXXXXXX i ginally went to the gyn who performed a uterine biopsy which was negative. She put me on birth control which has stipped my periods other than some spotting. I also have alway suffered with fatigue and muscle pain with rhe fibromyalgia, but sonce about march it has really flared to the point i dont have a normal life. This started around May when my fever started. Im normally 97.2, bit it ranges from that up to around 100. I did 5 rounds of antibiotics which took care of the fever, but it was back usually withon 2 days of finishing the antibiotic. I have arthritis in my knees and shoulders. I have been td o have degenerative disk disease on my lower back. I have multiple bones spurs on mu knees and back. I have has spurs removed from each shoulder. Because of my just feeling yucky and my famy history of fatal gall bladder/pancreas issues, my doc did an ultrasound of my gall bladder. He was sure that was causing my problems. I had it out at the end od August, but only agyrr they cancelled my surgey the first time becauae mu potassium was 1.9. I now take 80ME of potassium a day to keep it on the low normal range. Further testing by an endocrinologist in September showed low magnesium and vitimin D. He diagnosed me with secondary aldosteronism and let me go. I have high blood pressure, nut i keep it inder control. Since about March it has been incontrolable. My doc added another BP med today. I progressively get worse. I see a nephrologist December 22 (after a 3 month wait time) and a rheumatologist in mid February (also a 3 month wait time). I cant imagine carrying on like this intil then. Question-- according to the labs i sent you, it shows my SSA, SSB, SM, RNP, etc to be normal if they are in thw 1-120 range. According to the mayo clinic, any if those above a 1 is positive. Can you explain that? Also, please excuse the typos. I started this on my phone and dont know if it will convert to the laptop. If you had autocorrect it would help :)
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms indicate Lupus.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for reverting back.

Well I have gone through the entire information you have provided. Your ANA is positive in titre of 640 which is very strongly positive along with history of fatigue, fever, arthritis, facial rash strongly indicate that you are suffering from lupus. Your low potassium can also be due to renal tubular acidosis commonly caused with lupus.

The tests that I have asked for were further specialized testing to see the organ involvement in lupus. It is a very unique disease in which it is not essential for somebody to have copy book presentation and can present in any form and all feature evolve as disease progresses. In my opinion, you should get in touch with a rheumatologist for the same early as all your issues can be related.

Coming to your query, your tests for SSA etc., are normal according to the lab limits, every lab has different limits so it should be according to that plus it also depends on the method the lab is using. So, mayo guidelines don't apply here in your case but it can be repeated again to see.
