Question: I recently had a CBC and my MPV was low for the first time. Is this cause for concern?

I think it would be sufficient to take a few days of iron and vitamin b 12 supplements.
Try Tab Dexorange 1 tab daily for a month and then repeat the test.
Since hemoglobin Is normal, there is no reason to worry.
