Brief Answer:
Upload all reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX,
I have gone through all your father in law's reports.

All his reports are normal except serum iron and TIBC are slightly decreased which suggest of mild anemia.
I request you upload report of TSH. There is no value of TSH in your uploaded reports. Kindly upload all reports.
He fainted and doctor gave glucose drip after that he recovered, all these suggest that mostly he fainted due to low glucose levels .
Does he has any medical history like diabetes or thyroid?
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

His TSH level is also within normal limits.
I would like to know does he has any medical history like hypothyroidism?
He must fainted due to low glucose level in body because of fever.
So far nothing to worry.
Give him healthy diet and well balanced diet with iron rich food.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
