What Does The Abdominal Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: Hello Dr,
I have got some test today and result is attached. PLease reveiw these and let me know the issue.
I feel low garde fewer(99) all the time.
I have also got ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN test.
Conclusion: Hepatomegaly with grde 2 fatty infiltration.
What does this mean? Do you want to give some advice on this for furtuer steps?

I have gone through all the reports you have attached.
Your liver enzymes are slightly altered and it is mostly due to fatty liver.
And fatty liver grade 2 , if not properly control at present then this can lead to liver disease.
Fatty liver is reversible condition.
Strict dieting and vigorous exercises are needed.

And it is due to slightly altered liver enzymes.
And your liver enzymes are altered due to grade 2 fatty changes of liver.
And this is due to obesity.
Fatty liver is 100% reversible.
So you need to loose weight for fatty changes in liver .
Are you taking any liver protective drugs at present?
