Regarding strong penis which lasts longer, there are two options. The kegel exercise I mentioned for your wife helps for longer sexual intercourse for men. In addition to this many medications help among which most significant is Duloxetine. It is taken one our before expected sexual intercourse.

For stronger penis you may need to take Sildenafil or Tardafil. They also need to be taken around one to two hour before sexual intercourse.
