Brief Answer:
High SGPT level probably due to Fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Your SGPT and SGOT are mildly increased. SGPT is more than SGOT. The most likely cause for this fatty liver which is confirmed by the ultrasound scan.

I presume you do not consume alcohol.
Some of the causes of non-alcoholic fatty liver are obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol.
So reduce weight if you are obese and check your blood glucose and cholesterol levels.
Also get tested for hep B and C.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
CT scan of abdomen to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I saw the report of the last USG.
Fatty liver is there.
And the pancreas is reported as heterogenous.
To know why it looks heterogenous, a CE CT scan should be done.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
