i have done my LFT today.and the result shows that my SGOT = 107 and SGPT = 228.am i in trouble?please insist me what to do.

Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You have deranged liver functions tests (LFT).
Following are the most common causes of deranged LFT:
1. Alcohol consumption.
2. Viral Hepatitis
3. Drugs/Medicines.
Since you are a diabetic and you have deranged Cholesterol levels, drugs taken for Cholesterol like Statins can also cause derangement of liver functions.
In case you consume alcohol, you have to quit it.
I would advise you following investigations:
1. HBsAg- Test for Hepatitis B
2. Anti HCV Antibody- Test for Hepatitis C.
3. Ultrasound Abdomen.
Review with the reports. Also mention if you are taking any medicine for Cholesterol and do you consume alcohol or not. If you take alcohol, how frequent and in how much quantity.
Stay Healthy.

i have taken ultrasound abdomen 4 months before and was diagnosed with BORDER LINE HEPATOMEGALY WITH FATTY CHANGES OF LIVER.And in case of alcohol i use to take very often only.very occasionally.that is in 365 days in a year maybe 15 days i used to drink.and when i drink i used to take 5 to 6 pegs a day.i eat a lot of junk foods.i like only non veg food.so please help me out of this.

In that case you may not get a repeat Ultrasound but you should get tested for Hepatitis B and C. This is important because in case you have got the infection the treatment course is totally different.
So get the advised investigations and write to me again.
