Brief Answer:
moderate exercise. diet control. statin tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have gone through your report and your query too.
So as per the report, your LDL which is bad cholestrol is high and HDL which is good cholesterol is low.
Also triglycerides are high.
As you have mentioned that you have started morning walk which is a very good step you have taken to make some change but it will not be enough.
You need to have a strict control over what you eat. Low fat low carbohydrates diet with increased protein intake will surely help. Cut down on sugars as much as possible which will also help.
But with that some sort of moderate exercise will also be needed. As you have started morning walk it will be good for maintainance phase but first you need to reduce cholesterol and come nearby normal range.
What is your height and weight?
Also you need to start on medications called as statins. They are group of meds which reduce LDL levels. Atorvastatin is most commonly used and recommended. But you will need prescription from your doctor for that so consult your doctor regarding the med.
I hope with above given advice your cholestrol levels will be well controlled. I have asked your weight and height to know whether you are overweight or normal weight so to advice well on weight reduction requirements.
Awaiting your answer.
Thank you
