the repirt says
Bilirubin levels is 1.3 and the normal should be between 0.3-1.2

conjugated bilirubin is 0.2 and normal should be less than 0.2

unconjugated bilirubin is 1.1 and normal should be 0.3-1.00

Brief Answer:
Needs clinical correlation.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The bilirubin level, especially the unconjugated section, is slightly elevated. It indicates a liver cause. The cause needs a clinical correlation. It could be due to a hepatitis or some other cause. Please mention if he is alcoholic and whether he is on some regular medication. I would also insist you to take him to a doctor. He would be able to correlate and let you know if there is anything to worry about.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
The medicine might need to be replaced.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the clarification. Beta Nicardia contains Atenolol (50mg), Nifedipine (20mg). Nifedipine can cause acute liver injury leading to rise in bilirubin as in this case. In such a case it would be advisable to talk to his doctor and seek an alternate medicine that could serve the purpose.

The garlic and honey are independent.

If the cholesterol level is raised it is advisable for him to take some statin like rosuvastatin once daily.
