Brief Answer:
You should go for regular follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your Ig A, IgM free light chain kappa and lamda all are either low or normal. Your creatinine level is also low.

Only problem is kappa to lamda free light chain ratio which is high. It suggest excess of kappa light chain.

It is early indicator of monoclonal gamopathy.

No need to worry. Just be relaxed.
You should go for follow up with serum protein electrophoresis at regular time interval for early detection of paraprotienemia.

No treatment is required right now.

You should also check your serum globulin level.which can easily measured and give idea about rise in monoclonal proliferation.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
