is it possible to have blood in your semen if you have iga? my bf was diagnosed 7 years ago and he does not take his meds and leaves me in the dark and im concerned about our sex life bc a couple times theirs been blood in the semen but he tries to say its me and ik its not

Yes, it can be due autoimmune diseases, also liver diseases. You can have bleeding disorder, giving symptoms of blood in sperm. It is better to start treatment as early as possible.
