Question: im having problems with not feeling like im here, like nothing is real around me, im very tired all the time, n feel like i cant function, sometimes i do have good days but the last 2 weeks im stuck in this dream like phase, and i get snap out of it. i do have hashimoto and recently had blood work done

t4 1.02
t3. 3.3
tpa 13
antibodies 780 which have lowered they was in the 1000's
my b12 was 730

im on not med. for my hashimotos, but i need to fogure out how to get out of this dream feeling because its really taken a tole on myself n effecting my kids when i cant focue ebough to play

Considering the background diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, I would suggest you to visit a neurologist in person for physical examination, in order to rule out brain involvement related to Hashimoto. Hashimoto can sometimes result in brain related complications(hashimoto's encephalopathy). Although, the symptoms you have described are not classical, but it's wiser to be on the safer side, to rule out an impending encephalopathy.
