Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The investigations that you described are incomplete. Kindly state the complete results with the relevant units or upload an image of the blood work.

The age difference can be a typing error and can be reported to the lab.

Small bowel biopsy is the most accurate test for celiac disease. Initially, transglutaminase, gliadin and endomysial antibodies are usually ordered before going for the biopsy. Even if they are positive, the small bowel biopsy is done to exclude small bowel lymphoma and confirm celiac.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
