I would have liked to know the indication for which you got the reports done, but still I will review them for you.

1) Blood picture is perfectly normal.
2) Your cholesterole and LDL is raised which you have to take care of.

My lipid panel did not change that much from my last blood results. I try to eat as healthy as I can and do exercise at least two to three times a week. I don't know what else to do in order to normalize this . Can you provide more details in order improve this. for example if you suggest supplements can you provide specific brands or what should I be using . I drink once a day a supplement of 155 EPA and 310 DHa, I only drink one a day these are for two capsules.

Here are a few things i would like to suggest.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for writing back,

your life style seems to be quite adequately taken care of and supplements too are nice and fine I believe you should ask your doctor if he would like to start any medication for cholesterole control..

A cardiologist review is important if your reports havent improved in 2..3 months of diet control .
can you share your previous reports too?

regards.
