Brief Answer:
You should search the cause of low wbc count.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your total wbc count is very low. As you say you don't have any infection or viral etiology or lupus. You should search for other cause of low wbc count like drugs, autoimmune disease, low production from bone marrow or increase destruction in spleen.

You should go for bone marrow examination and tests for autoimmune disease first. Then you should plan accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

It's not a drug that has influenced my WBC. I have been low for a couple of years. WHat are the possible deseases that will be investicated with a Bone marrow? Also I do have hashamotos. Its just so odd, I really don't seem unwell, except for the fatique, I also have some shortness of breath. (which could be the result of anxiety from my results) Not sure...its a bit confusing.

Brief Answer:
You should investigated for autoimmune disease and bone marrow problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have persistent low WBC count without any significant symptoms. It can be seen in auto immune disease, hypersplenism or bone marrow disease like vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency. You should go for ANA immunoflorescence test, ultrasound abdomen, Vitamin B12 level. If none of this help you to find the cause then go for bone marrow examination. There can be low production or meylofibrosis or lymphoproliferative diseases. You need complete investigations to search the cause of persistent asymptomatic leukopenia.

Your hashimotos thyroiditis has no relation. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
