Brief Answer:
Can be due to nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain in the butt which is more on sitting is likely to be due to disc prolapse and a mild nerve root compression at the level of L4-L5. The burning is usually associated with a nerve related pain.
it is best to consult an orthopedician and get proper muscle relaxants and pain killers prescribed. Doing a hot compress and taking methylcobalamin supplements will also help. After the acute pain subsides regular physiotherapy will help in preventing the further progress of the problem.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
