The Result is absolutely normal.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

The result is absolutely normal. Puss cells are within normal limits which signifies there is no bacterial infection.

Swab test gives Gonorrhea as well as Syphilis as negative. No GNID means no gonorrhea. TPHA negative means no syphilis.

What clinical symptoms you are having now?
Do you had any unprotected sexual intercourse before any such symptoms?

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You are free of STDs from the tests.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow u query.

You are free of STDs from the tests. Now you have to rule out any organic problems. For this ultrasound of penis and examination with urologist will be needed. You have to check your testosterone levels also.

There is possibility of getting irritation in penis while having rough sex. That will resolve after giving some rest. Premature ejaculation can be due to anxiety. Start and stop technique. Thought changing when nearing ejaculation. Using condom with anesthetic and using sex positions which gives less sensation etc might help. If that is not helping then SSRI drugs like dapoxetine will be helpful.

A consultation with an Urologist is well appreciated.

Let me know if you have any further queries.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Thank you for your follow up.

For premature ejaculation SSRIs like dapoxetine can be used whenever needed. This is a prescription drug. Usual dosage given is 30 mg taken one to three hours before intercourse. You can approach your GP for prescription.

You can take ayurvedic proprietary drugs like himalaya confido. It is usually given once to twice daily.
