Brief Answer:
Need urgent attention

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am

After knowing your blood pressure levels I would like to tell you that although you don't have any symptoms but a blood pressure level this high is critical as it can lead to Stroke , heart attack, heart failure, other vital organ damage.

Yes it is very risky and it's highly advisable that you should consult your cardiologist personally so that he can examine you by doing a physical evaluation and then ecg and Echocardiography and then start you on antihypertensive medications.

So do not waste time and visit a doctor or an ER room as early possible.

I hope this information will be helpful. If you have any other doubts you can ask me back or else you can close the discussion and kindly rate the answer.

Kind Regards
