Brief Answer:
It is looking due to nasal polyp but need to confirm.

Detailed Answer:

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Nasal mass can be caused by

Trauma, Polyp, or Tumors.

1) Trauma is common in person who frequently prick their nose and it lead to hematoma ( collection of blood)

2) Nasal polyps are common and soft, painless, noncancerous growths on the lining of your nasal passages or sinuses. They hang down like teardrop and can be pull back.

Nasal polyp can cause runny nose, congestion, postnasal drip, decreased sense of smell.

3) The tumors that may arise in the nasal septum but comparatively rare than other causes.

Your symptoms are looking due to Nasal polyp.

Do not prick your nose to avoid any trauma.
Wash your nose with normal saline.

You should consult with ENT surgeon and your doctor will start anti allergic and do a Anterior rhinoscopy
By this your doctor can approach your diagnosis.

And may be that doctor can advise for nasal endoscopy and removal of this mass.
Nasal endoscopy with biopsy will confirm diagnosis .

You will be fine soon.

Hope this answers your question.

the mass does not hang down and it can not be pull back.? it is round and raised
and on the anterior wall and hard to the touch

I don't have runny nose, congestion, postnasal drip, decreased sense of smell I did have really bad hayfever and asthma as a child.
Could it still be a Nasal polyp if I more of a raised mass?

Just don't want it to be cancer? could it be a non cancer tumor? it is not bloody.
No discomfort? I will call an ENT tomorrow
just hoping tpo not worry tonight so I can sleep

Brief Answer:
History of asthma and hay fever favor the diagnosis of polyp.

Detailed Answer:

Thanx for telling me detail history.

After going through your detailed history, this is going in favor of Nasal Polyp (Non cancerous growth).

People can develop polyps with no previous nasal problems, but often there is a trigger for developing polyps.

Some important triggers include:

Asthma
Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

Please avoid aspirin because patient with history of asthma with nasal polyp
can be sensitive for Aspirin.

No need to worry.
Sleep well without any fear and consult with ENT specialist tomorrow.

You will be fine soon.

Thanx.
