Brief Answer:
Can be due to an impending period.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild bleeding and pinkish discharge that you are having could be due to
1. Impending period.
2. Implantation bleed which is mostly only spotting and lasts only for few days
3.blighted ovum or missed abortion in which case there will be a longer bout of bleeding and a negative pregnancy test after a few weeks
4.ectopic pregnency with nonviable embryo and withdrawal bleeding following that.
You can do a pregnancy test using the home pregnancy test kits available over the counter or consult your physician for a blood test which is more accurate to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
Depending on these your obstetrician will be able to guide you to the further course of treatment and management.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

These can happen both during pregnancy or periods.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The cramping and nausea can be associated with pregnancy or periods both. It can happen due to associated gastritis caused by stress and anxiety.

Brief Answer:
Do a urine pregnancy test.

Detailed Answer:
You need to do a urine pregnancy test and wait for 2-3 days for the bleeding to increase on its own. In case the spotting persists then do consult your gynecologist for blood test and ultrasound scan.

Brief Answer:
Yes it can be implantation bleeding.
