What Does A Bump On Penis Base Indicate?

Question: I have a bump on right side of the penis at the base looks like an ingrown hair. After popping it's still there for a month now. What u think?

No itching, does not bother me I only notice when I touch it. Plus I been with my wife of 3 years. I used alcohol a few times. I used neosporin for about a week to no prevail and my wife tried an bacteria oimentent. But a month later still there. Here a few pics gosh this is embarassing.

Pyogenic ulcer genitals , proper management

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a pyogenic ulcer which could be either secondary to folliculitis or any trauma.
I can see a lot of pus accumulation which means the lesion is infected.
You should clean the affected area twice a day with some antiseptic lotion. Since the skin over groin is thin, make sure you dilute the antiseptic lotion with water before applying to the wound.
After cleaning , you should apply an antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion.
You can also take some anti inflammatory agent like paracetamol twice a day to reduce the associated pain and inflammation .
I am sure if you follow the above regimen for a week , the lesion should get better and heal.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
