It is Folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

The lesion is Folliculitis that is infection of hair follicle which is caused by Staphylococcus aureus.

I would suggest you the following

1. Shave the area
2. Local application of antibiotic Mupirocin will be helpful
3. Also single dose of Rifampicin 600 mg one single dose will help eradicate Staphylococcus aureus infection

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
