Brief Answer:
Please attach copy of tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello Shrikant,

I understand your concerns about high TSH.

following is my reply:

1) TSH is marginally high. Thyronorm 25 mcg is good enough to treat this. Please repeat TSH after taking tablet for one month to check if it's controlled.

2) You semen motility seems to be low. Please scan and attach a copy of semen analysis with this query so that I can see it and analyze in detail.

3) Please also attach if any other reports of tests like HSG, ultrasound scan if done for your wife.

Let me know the details so that I can advise you further.

Regards

Life style changes required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the additional information.

I saw the attachment.

The motility is marginally low. Sluggish + Rapid motility together is around 30 % only which should be 50 %.

Please follow the instructions I am typing below:

1) Please stop smoking and alcohol if you have habits.

2) If you are overweight lose weight.

3) Wear loose pants and undergarments as much as possible.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Avoid bike travelling and lose weight

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your life style seems to be the problem.

Reduce your weight by systematic diet and exercise.

Try to use bus or train rather than bike as sitting long time on bike is not good for sperms as temperature of testes increase.
