You have not mentioned about any symptoms or reason for going for an ALT/SGPT measurement.
Anyhow,the value of 52 is almost normal for you.
Normal value of SGPT in an adult is around 10-55U/L(in females,it is less than that in males;anyhow value of 52 need not be worried).
