Brief Answer:
papules are benign

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.

I have looked at the photo you provided. This appears to be a small papule or pustule. Our bodies can form these at various times when you have a blocked pore or gland in our skin. Since they occasionally appear on your penis it is good that you got the STD testing and that everything is negative.

I do not think you need to worry about these occasional papules on your skin. If they become very severe or inflamed at times you may need to see a doctor. The best skin care is to wash with a non-perfumed soap and use lotion only if your skin is very dry. Since you have only been getting these for the last month, please look carefully at soaps, body or laundry products you use and make sure that none of these have changed. If something has changed then this could be the cause of the papules. In any case they appear to be benign and should go away on their own.

Thank you for using HCM

thanks doctor for your clarification. I have attached report for your review please confirm if every thing is OK. it has taken after 105 day of exposure.

the tiny mass which appears on my body does not have any fluid in. it is just a lump and it goes away on its own with in 5 days.

from last 2 month, when ever i have sex with my partner, she is getting vaginal infection (cuts on labia and internals of vagina). she is having like continue vaginal discharge (stick and hard).

Please advise if any further std testing is required. what could be the problem

Brief Answer:
tests are negative

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your follow up.

All the testing that you had is negative, but I did not see a test for gonorrhea. It would be good for you to be tested for gonorrhea just to make sure that you have not been exposed to that infection. Your partner needs to be tested for her infections. There are several infections that she could have like yeast and bacterial vaginosis that are not sexually transmitted. If she has one of these infections, it could be flared up with the friction from sex. It is also possible that she may have a latex allergy if you are using condoms.

Brief Answer:
Gonorrhea is not suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your follow-up. it is very easy to test for gonorrhea. This can be done with a swab of the urethra or through a urine specimen. While I do not suspect that you have gonorrhea, if you were to have it, it is easily treatable with several different antibiotics. I simply suggested that you be tested for gonorrhea since it was missing from your other sexually transmitted disease infection testing.
