Question: Hi,
I did lab work for pre marriage test and the doctor said is normal except blood cells . is this has something to do with the heart because i had before chest pain and the cardiology did stress test , ECHO test and both were normal . he said also he want do CT coronary test but i didn't feel the pain as before so i didn't do it. but i still have the dis comfort some time . do you recommend me to do CT coronary test to make sure i don't have heart problem as i am concern about the radiation so i didn't do it . and i also stopped taking baby aspirin for one month by myself because it it can cause side effect as bleeding . i have also issue with blood pressure and i still take amaldopine 5mg. please also look to the lab report below and let me know if the result is ok. or is there any thing may concern ?

Brief Answer:
I advise for CT angiography,It will also reduce your anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

I am aware of previous query.
As we have discussed earlier, your problem may be due to many causes. It may be due to non cardiac causes also.
It is important to go through investigations systematically after clinical examination.
Your age and investigations doesn't support cardiac problem but we can't take chance as you have persistent complain.
I advise for CT angiography,It will also reduce anxiety for probable cardiac ischemic problem.

Radiation exposure due to CT scan is much less than maximum allowable safe dose and it is not so harmful.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care

thanks
but the chest pain goes and come. that's why i didn't do it. because some time i don't feel discomfort in the chest. the hospital called me to schedule an appointment but i told them that i don't feel the pain so they didn't schedule. i think the discomfort come after when i do intense sport . and what do you think of the lab result that i post it ?
i also didn't do the CT coronary test because another cardiology here in the website also said that the pain that i have not cardiac issue

i also not sure if the pain that i have that need to do CT coronary test or is stress pain. And the CT coronary chest expose to high amount of radiation that's i didn't do it as is can damage the DNA and i did before many tests as x ray, CT chest , stress test and ECHO test

Brief Answer:
I'd advise for MRI thorax and upper GI endoscopy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

I'd advise for MRI thorax. It will exclude noncardiac causes of chest discomfort. You may also need upper GI endoscopy for assessing hiatus hernia etc.
Then CT angiography may be advised if symptoms persist.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
