some XXXX back, I felt pressure in the left side of my chest , after some days on right side also. so after doctor consultation
I have gone through my ECG, & LIPID Profile test, Please check the reports and consult me abt my reports.

A. I have seen your reports. Before i deliberate upon them, I would like to share a few general points. 1. The ischemic (anginal) chest pain usually does not shift places in different part of chest. It may radiate from lower jaw to umbilicus, but will usually remain confined to same region in multiple episodes. 2. The typical anginal pain increases with exertion/ exercise and decreases with rest. 3. An ECG is best read in clinical context. still I will try to throw some light on it.
There is Q wave with T wave inversion in lead III. This may be a normal variant in view of single lead change and no associated ST abnormality. I would request you to describe more about your pain, including duration and precipitating factors.
B. For lipid profile , I request you to provide more information including your usual blood pressure (in numbers); If you have diabetes, High blood pressure or stroke ever? Please tell your height and weight. Do you smoke? This will help me in calculating expected rate of major events in future and need for STATIN therapy.
C. Usually, if we feel that there is intermediate probability of pain to be anginal, we advise a sterss test like TMT or stress ECHO. If clinically, pain seems to be noncardiac and we can establish an alternate diagnosis, we stop cardiac work-up.
