Brief Answer:
Please provide more information, Antacids are advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Welcome to Health Care Magic, I really appreciate your concern.

Non specific duodenitis means inflammation of the mucosa (inner lining) of the duodenum (part of intestine).

you need not to worry it might be related to stomach hyperacidity or H Pylori infection.

Here, I would like further information to help you better -

If possible, please uplaod me all the reports

How much weight have you lost and over how long time ?

Your age and relevant medical history like if you are taking any medicine or having chronic disease like diabetes or high BP.

Are you having Acid reflux or loss of appetite.

You have very small stones in your both kidney each one is less than 5 mm so you need not to worry, small size stone may expel out with urine, so I would advise you to take plenty of fluids orally and to ensure good urine output.

For duodenitis I would advise you to take antacids like Pantoprazole or Ranitidine group of drugs with antacids

Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption

Try to avoid stress and anxiety by doing yoga and meditation
You should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food, have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Weight loss might be related to duodenitis which may cause dyspepsia and loss of appetite at times.

Hope I could answer your question, please write back to me with these details so that I will be tell you more precisely.

Waiting for your reply
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Kidney stone may expell out with urine, have plenty of fluids

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
welcome again and thanks for all the details
I had gone through your reports you have sent with your question very diligently.

You have marginally increased bilirubin, since SGOT and SGPT are normal so you need nto to worry .
High eosinophil count might be related to allergic reaction or parasitic infection, so I would advise you for deworming with albendazole.

Vitamin D is also on lower side so I would advise you to take vitamin D supplements.

You mentioned about constipation which can be managed with high dietary fiber or avoidance of junk food
I would advise you to take plenty of fluids which will help you in constipation as well as expelling out of stones

Stones in both the kidney are less than 5 mm which can expell out with urine.

Hope I could answer your question, please feel free to ask for if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
