Brief Answer:
There is increased cholesterol level.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query.Your total cholesterol is moderately increased. LDL is boderline high.Triglycerides is also boderline high.If you are having high blood pressure or diabetes these are risky values.
If this is the first time you are having high cholesterol then life style modification will be helpful. Avoid food containing trans fats- that is chips , food items containing margarine etc. Decrease intake of saturated fat and sweets. Do regular exercise like daily jogging or swimming. Increase using vegetables like cucumber , onions ,cabbage etc as salads. Taking citrus fruits is also good. These all measures will help to decrease LDL and triglycerides. LDL should be maintained below 100 and triglycerides also within 100.

If after one month there is no difference then you can take low dose statins.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
