Brief Answer:
She is suffering with b/l renal stone and PCOD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through her reports and understand your concerns.
In her reports she is having kidney stones both the sides but size is 5mm( means we can try conservative management).
Her reports shows PCOD ( polycystic ovarian disease) which is an endocrinal disorder cause weight gain, irregular periods and facial hair growth.
Lifestyle changes and diet changes are helpful in PCOD.
She is having mild urinary tract infection.
So she should drink a lot of water.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
